Since 2010, Juan Silva Bocanegra together with the organization Off The Trail Missions , develop constant and permanent work of humanitarian aid in various areas of extreme poverty in Peru .
Humanitarian work aimed at the poorest in human settlements, hamlets, native communities, populated centers of the Amazon jungle and other places in Peru. In addition, assistance to children, the elderly, people with disabilities, abandoned mothers, the sick and the homeless. They also share help to soup kitchens, shelters, schools, colleges, among others.
